one year has passed by. The Walia family has shifted to Mount Abu. Jigyasa remembers Bani on seeing Ganga taking care of the entire family just like her. Walia family celebrates the festival of Holi in full swing. Everyone gets elated on seeing Bani and Jai at the holi celebrations. Jai has fully recovered from his paralysis and is back to normal. Everyone rejoices together and the old Bani (Prachi Desai) too joins in the celebration.

Meera provokes Bani to get up. Bani gets up, but refrains herself from killing Meera. Meera hits Bani on her head and tries to kill her. But Jigyasa comes to her rescue and tries to kill Meera. But Jai stops her. Jigyasa tells him that Meera are responsible for all the sorrows. Jai tries to kill Meera, but the police come and arrest her.
The guard does not let Meera enter the wedding premise and informs her that the bride and groom are already inside. Meera is shattered to see Jai marry another woman. Everyone is stunned seeing Pronita married to Jai. When Ganga objects, Jai replies that he has learned from his children to live his life the way he wants to. Jai shows her the divorce papers that she had signed earlier, thinking they were company papers. However, Jai assures her that he will not throw her out of the house. Meera accuses Bani of ruining her life and keeps slapping her. Bani and Meera get into a cat fight.
PIA SUFFERS A PARTIAL MEMORY LOSS Jai wakes up with a start and tries to phone Bani but is not able to reach her. Karuna tells him that Bani has gone to Mount Abu. Dr. Mehta advises Jai to take good care of Tarun. Jai takes the tape of Tarun's conversation with the doctor. Rano and Bani recover. Bani recalls how Pia had saved their lives. Pia too recovers but has a partial memory loss. The doctor tells Bani that memories of the last one and a half year is a blank for Pia. Bani realises that Pia does not recall how she had betrayed her and the others.

The assailants intend to ask for a big ransom against Bani. Jai tries to fight with the attackers in order to save Bani. He asks Bani to run away but one of the assailants hits Bani. Tarun and Jai take Bani to the hospital. Meanwhile, the doctor tells Ranvir that Rashi will not survive without the medicine. Ranvir finds the medicine in Bani's hand. Maasi comes to the hospital and informs that Bani had lost her first child in order to save his life. Jai is stunned. Rashi and Bani come back from the hospital and Maasi welcomes them. The famiy priest says that there could be some black magic that has been cast upon the house. Pia is tensed about Jai and Bani coming closer to each other. Rano slips in the house and falls. Jigyasya pretends to be sympathetic. Some objects related to black magic are found in Bani's room. Jai and everyone is worried.
Bani and everyone get ready for Jai and Bani's Anniversary Party. Bani wonders how she could find out about Anupam Kapadia with the party going on?! Bani and Pia dance on the number 'Dola Re Dola' from the movie, `Devdas'. Jai gifts a diamond set to Bani. Bani suspects some Anupam Kapadia to be Pia's child's father. She pretends to talk to Anupam on the phone, in front of Bani, and asks him to leave from the party. Bani decides to search for him. A guest couple (Hiten and Gauri) performs upon 'Baahon Ke Darmiyaan'. Aditya tells Bani that the couple (Hiten and Gauri) are his friends Mr. and Mrs. Anupam Kapadia, and they are settled in the U.S. Ranvir apologises to Rashi and she hugs him. Jai introduces another guest couple (Ejaz and Anita) to Bani saying that they are his friends Mr. and Mrs. Anupam Kapadia. Hiten and Gauri performs upon 'Baahon Ke Darmiyaan'. Anita Hassanandani dances upon "Bepanaah Pyaar Hai Aajaa..." Ejaz Khan performs over `Pyar Karke Pachtaaya'.
